It really does work If you follow Bob’s plan exactly, the plan really does work. The guide itself, however, isn’t very user-friendly as an e-book and there are no grocery lists. How can you write a book with three weeks of recipes and not put in a single grocery list??? Thank goodness a simple google search will find one, but seriously? There is a tremendous amount of cooking involved with this diet, so you almost have to set aside one afternoon a week for preparing the week’s meals. That’s what I had to do in order to make the diet workable for my busy schedule. But by doing this, you can drop 20 lbs in three weeks. I have done it once a year for three years now and it has worked every time!
